Job Description
Senior Site Manager required to assist in the construction of a new build car park.
The project is based in the Derby area. You will be reporting to a Project Manager, with an on-site team of 2 Site Managers reporting you. Ensuring the timely delivery of the project to the required quality.
The project runs for 12 months, you must have the ability and experience to work on fast paced high value projects as a lead.
The role is paying a competitive CIS day rate.
Requirements:
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Worked on the construction of large scale car parks or a similar build.
Duties:
* Overseeing subcontractors on site and reporting to the Project Manager
* Forward thinking and able to work to tight deadlines
* Able to plan ahead and establish solutions with the PM to overcome any problems/issues that may arise
* Trade background would be preferable or with excellent attention to detail
* Confident with finishing trades and compiling/completing snagging lists
