We’re Hiring: Site Manager and 2 x Assistant Site Managers –Housing PROJECTS - North Scotland
As part of our continued regional expansion, we’re looking for an experienced Site Manager and Assistant Site Managers to join our dynamic team in North Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing business, delivering high-quality homes while driving excellence in construction, safety, and customer satisfaction.
✅ Lead and manage site operations in line with NHBC standards and customer expectations
✅ Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
✅ Maintain a strong health & safety culture across all site operations
✅ Deliver an excellent customer experience with a focus on quality and service
