About the Role
Our client is currently delivering a residential scheme, but unlike purely residential developers, this company works across a wide range of sectors including refurbishment, new build, commercial, leisure, and heritage projects. They're looking for a well-rounded Site Manager who can bring adaptability, attention to detail, and leadership to the site team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the variety of mixed-sector projects and is looking to grow with a business that offers real career development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations and ensure works are delivered to programme
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
Ensure health & safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained
Work closely with the contracts manager and project team to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor site progress and address any issues proactively
Maintain site records, manage site logistics, and ensure smooth handovers
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential, refurb, and/or commercial projects
Comfortable managing live sites from ground works through to completion
Strong knowledge of H&S and site regulations
Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on, solutions-focused attitude
