Site Manager
Location: Bristol (BS35) | Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 | Full-time, Permanent | 40 Hours per week

What you’ll do:

Lead the day-to-day planning and allocation of technical maintenance resources across your region
*
Oversee planned maintenance and deliver top-notch reactive services to meet SLAs and KPIs
*
Manage small replacement projects and keep asset registers up to date
*
Train, support, and motivate your team through toolbox talks and regular briefings
*
Ensure all health & safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed
*
Provide technical support and hands-on assistance on site when needed
*
Take ownership of your training and development alongside the Engineering Manager
What we’re looking for:
*
Qualified in BS7671 Electrical Regulations, Gas ACOPs, or F-Gas (essential)
*
Recognised trade training scheme experience preferred
*
Proven people management skills and experience leading small teams
*
IOSH Working Safely certification
*
Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
*
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
