Job Description
Our client, a reputable contractor specialising in high-spec commercial and industrial fit outs, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a warehouse fit out project.
This is a contract role expected to last approximately 3–4 months, with a competitive day rate of £250–£270 (DOE). The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing site activity, coordinating trades, and ensuring the project runs to programme, and upholding the highest standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management of a fast-paced warehouse fit out
*
Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
*
Managing programme of works and reporting progress to senior management
*
Ensuring H&S compliance and site documentation is up to date
*
Liaising with the client and project stakeholders
*
Problem-solving and maintaining site discipline and quality standards
Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing commercial/industrial fit out projects
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certified
*
Strong communication and leadership skills
*
Ability to drive a project forward and hit key milestones
*
Immediately available or available within 1–2 weeks preferred
Location:
Scarborough - must be able to commute daily
