Job Description
Site Manager – Cheltenham – Industrial Warehouse Refurbishment
Our client are a leading principal contractor with sites across the UK, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage an Industrial Warehouse refurbishment in Cheltenham for 10 weeks, starting in July.
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
* Managing the health & safety on site
* Driving site program
* Liaising with sub-contractors on site
* Client progress meetings and updating senior site management of site progress
Skills/ Qualifications required:
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid Certificate
* Asbestos Awareness
Preferably have:
* IPAF ticket
* Traffic Banksman
* Fire Marshall
