Job Description
Five days a week 8am - 12pm
Approach Personnel are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a freelance retrofit project in Bournemouth. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of retrofit works including insulation upgrades, window replacements, M&E improvements, and internal refurbishments. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage timelines, and ensure quality workmanship that aligns with retrofit best practices and building regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of the site and all subcontractors
*
Ensure health & safety compliance and site documentation is up to date
*
Coordinate deliveries, materials, and scheduling
*
Monitor project progress and report to the project lead
*
Maintain high-quality standards and manage snagging and handover processes
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or commercial retrofit/refurbishment projects
*
SMSTS
*
Strong knowledge of retrofit
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
CSCS card
*
