Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Night Site Manager to oversee a large-scale retail fit out project in the heart of Bristol. This is a fast-paced, high-profile scheme that will run for approximately 18 weeks, and we are seeking someone with strong leadership skills and proven experience delivering similar projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site activities during night shifts
*
Manage subcontractors and ensure works are progressing to programme
*
Maintain a safe and tidy site at all times
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
*
Coordinate with the project team and report progress
*
Deliver high-quality finishes in line with client expectations
Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing retail or department store fit out projects
*
Willingness to work night shifts throughout the duration of the project
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid – essential
