A new client to Sphere, are looking to employ a Site Manager with immediate effect.
The successful candidate will assist with the delivery of city centre Residential scheme, valued at £30M. It consists of 104 units for a prominent housing association.
The ideal candidate will have proven Housing and Mid / High Rise Residential experience.
Degree level qualifications, SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid is essential.
