Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fit out and refurbishment? Do you take pride in delivering premium quality projects to the highest standards? We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Site Manager to join our team on a series of prestigious care home projects.
🔨 About the Role:
As Site Manager, you’ll oversee the full site delivery of high-end refurbishment and fit out projects across Northamptonshire, Peterborough, and Milton Keynes. These are live environments requiring sensitivity, precision, and consistent quality—ideal for a candidate who thrives under responsibility and enjoys a well-structured and refined build.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Lead site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high specifications.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams with professionalism.
*
Maintain strict health & safety standards in live care home environments.
*
Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
*
Ensure quality control and snag-free project handovers.
👷♂️ About You:
*
Proven experience managing fit out and refurbishment projects (care home or similar sectors preferred).
*
Strong trade background, ideally carpentry.
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
*
Ability to travel between sites in the Northamptonshire, Peterborough, and Milton Keynes areas.
