Site Manager - Residential Build
Location: Covering sites from Fife up to the North of Scotland
Sector: Residential Housebuilding

Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + Benefits
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading national housebuilder, managing the delivery of high-quality residential projects across Fife to the North of Scotland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional with a passion for excellence, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring health & safety compliance
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
Ensure project milestones and quality benchmarks are met
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Maintain accurate site records and reporting
Lead site meetings and manage programme schedulesWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housebuilding
Strong knowledge of building regulations, NHBC standards, and health & safety practices
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential)
Strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesWhat's On Offer:
