Groundworks Site Manager / Supervisor
Are you an experienced Site Manager or Supervisor with a strong background in groundworks and civils? Looking to join a company where your skills are recognised, your input matters, and you’ll always have work?
We’re a well-established and rapidly growing civil engineering contractor operating across Greater Manchester and Merseyside. Due to a full pipeline of projects, we’re looking to add a reliable, hands-on Groundworks Site Manager/Supervisor to our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing groundworks crews on live sites (housing, commercial, or infrastructure works)
*
Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are met
*
Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Reporting progress to senior management
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience in managing or supervising groundworks teams
*
Strong understanding of setting out, drainage, foundations, and external works
*
Ability to lead from the front and keep things moving on site
*
CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, and First Aid (preferred)
