Job Description
Site Manager Required - Project - Fit out of a LIVE care home
What you will do as a Freelance Site Manager
* Oversee project from start to finish
* Report directly to the Project Manager
* Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
* Support commissioning and final handovers
Duties of a Freelance Site Manager include but are not limited to:
* Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
* Ensure project runs smoothly on day to day basis
* Ensure H&S is adhered to & updated accordingly
* Record on-site progress and lookaheads
* Report into Senior Management
* Work closely with the contracts manage
Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager
* Experience as a Site Manager
* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Enhanced DBS - but this can be sorted.
* Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
* UK driving license and access to own vehicleBefore You Apply
