Anglian Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Site Manager for a key 18-week project in Norwich. This role involves overseeing a commercial build and ensuring the smooth and safe running of all site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Leading on-site teams and subcontractors
🔹 Managing H&S, compliance, and site documentation
🔹 Monitoring site progress against programme timelines
🔹 Ensuring high-quality standards and reporting updates to the project team
🔹 Managing materials, deliveries, and logistics
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience managing commercial construction sites
✅ SMSTS certification (essential)
✅ First Aid at Work
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines
