We are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a new build project in the Dublin area. This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 weeks on days. Previous experience overseeing groundworks would be preferable. The start date of this project is Monday 14th July.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Oversee all aspects of the project, including safety, quality control, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the project meets all timelines, budget requirements, and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with the client.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a background in similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Safe Pass, SMSTS and First Aid,
