Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in fit out and refurbishment projects? Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join their team in Lancaster for a minimum 6-month project.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will need to hold a valid SMSTS certificate, as well as first aid and CSCS qualifications. Previous experience in fit out and refurbishment projects is essential for this role.
