Site Manager / Works Manager / Project Engineer to join a leading provider in mechanical engineered solutions and projects across the UK.
The successful Site Manager / Works Manager / Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project sites from initial setup through to completion, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, timely delivery, and smooth coordination between internal teams, contractors, and customers.
The Site Manager / Works Manager / Project Engineer will ideally have management / supervisory experience of construction sites or industrial engineering sites providing work such as pipework, pump solutions and or similar industrial engineering / temporary works, utilities, or infrastructure-related construction environments.

Site Manager / Works Manager / Project Engineer Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing project sites from initial setup through to completion, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, timely delivery, and smooth coordination between internal teams, contractors, and customers
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget for all pumping solutions and pipework.
Supervise on site operations of pumping solutions, pipework and construction and sites throughout the UK.
Ensure all project-related paperwork is completed to a high standard and compliant with internal processes.
Liaise with various engineering departments
Site Manager / Works Manager / Project Engineer Requirements
Experience as a Site Manager, Works Manager, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, Construction Manager Site Agent, Project Supervisor, Construction Lead, or similar.
An Engineering, management / supervisory background in pumps, industrial engineering, pipework, construction, plant engineering or similar.
Background in temporary works, pumping applications, utilities, M&E, or related sectors.
An Engineering / Construction / Management qualification such as Degree, HNC, HND, Diploma or similar.
Recognised qualifications such as SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely, and CSCS (Black Card preferred).
The successful site manager will be locating within commutable distance to Chandlers Ford
Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel as needed
