🗓️ 15-week contract
A specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a live re-cladding scheme in Witney, Oxfordshire.
The Project:
You will be responsible for managing the on-site delivery of a re-cladding package to replace existing timber cladding with Rocpanel rainscreen and new aluminium sub-frame. The job covers around 300sqm of façade works, with a site team of approximately 8 operatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading daily briefings and toolbox talks
*
Putting operatives to work
*
Managing health and safety procedures
*
Coordinating site activity and materials
*
Ensuring a smooth handover and project completion on time
Requirements:

Valid Black Managers Card
*
SMSTS certification
*
Strong experience in building envelope and re-cladding projects
*
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and oversee H&S on site
