Site Manager (6-Month Contract) – Facade Specialist
📍 Stoke-on-Trent | 💷 Day Rate (Competitive) | 🕒 6-Month Contract
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading specialist facade subcontractor on a high-profile construction project valued at £100m+, with a facade package worth £3m. This is a 6-month contract position, offered on a day rate basis, based in Stoke-on-Trent.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of facade works, with a strong focus on curtain walling installation.
*
Manage site activity, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of works.
*
Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) procedures are rigorously followed.
*
Lead snagging processes, ensuring all works are completed to specification.
*
Coordinate with main contractors and project stakeholders to maintain seamless site operations.
*
Monitor subcontractor performance and adherence to design and programme.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the facade/cladding sector, specifically with curtain walling.
*
Strong background in QA and snagging.
*
Ability to manage fast-paced site environments and drive performance.
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
