This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of prestigious new build homes—projects typically valued between £700k – £2m—in a company that prioritises attention to detail, customer care, and architectural excellence.
🔨 Key Responsibilities
*
Manage all aspects of the build process from groundworks to final handover
*
Liaise with specialist subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
*
Uphold high standards of health & safety, site presentation, and build quality
*
Ensure programme delivery on time and within budget
*
Collaborate closely with design and commercial teams
*
Lead site-based teams to deliver a premium customer experience
✅ Requirements
*
Proven experience managing high-spec or bespoke residential projects
*
Strong knowledge of NHBC standards, building regs, and H&S compliance
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (black or gold card preferred)
*
Full UK driving licence
