Job Opportunity: Site Manager - Internal Fit Out (Dalry, North Ayrshire)
Contract Duration: Until April 2025

Location: Dalry
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a major project in Dalry, with works ongoing until April 2025. This role is focused on the internal fit out phase of the development and requires strong leadership and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations for internal fit out activities
Manage subcontractors and ensure work is delivered to programme and quality standards
Enforce site health & safety compliance
Coordinate with project and commercial teams to meet deadlines and budgets
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular site inspections
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on major projects, specifically internal fit out
SMSTS - Essential
First Aid at Work - Essential
CSCS Card - Essential
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Start Date: ASAP
