Options Resourcing are working with National Contractor specialising in cladding, and refurbishment projects to find a permanent Site Manager to start as soon as possible in the Bristol area.
Your role as Site Manager will include being responsible for the daily running of the site including, team management, productivity, customer care, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain systems for measuring people development, targets, and objectives.
Work should be installed within 98% of predicted targets.
Maintain record keeping/site folders.
Comply with all aspects of the CDM plan and documentation while on site.
Timely and accurately sign-off invoices related to completed works.
Remedial works less than 5% of total work installed.
Certificates:
Required:
SMSTS
Temporary Works Coordinator
Fire Marshall
First Aid
Asbestos Awareness
Scaffolding awareness
Desirable:
Degree in Management or Business Administration.
NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Construction
