About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-spec gym fit-out project from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team delivering premium fitness spaces across the UK.
As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
*
Ensure works are carried out in line with programme and specification
*
Enforce site safety procedures and compliance with H&S regulations
*
Conduct progress meetings and report to Project Manager/Contracts Manager
*
Coordinate material deliveries and on-site logistics
*
Maintain quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-outs (gym/retail/hospitality preferred)
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred), First Aid
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
*
Ability to read and interpret drawings and programmesBefore You Apply
