The firm delivers high-spec aluminium curtain walling, window and door systems across the UK, and operates one of the most advanced aluminium manufacturing facilities in the country.
This is an opportunity to join a team known for precision, sustainability, and strong client relationships, leading out high-value facade projects in Birmingham. You will manage site delivery, oversee installation teams, and ensure quality and safety throughout every stage. Site Manager Salary & Benefits
Salary: £50k - £55k (DOE)

Site Manager Job Overview
Oversee the installation of curtain walling, door and window systems on site
Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and logistics to keep projects on track
Maintain health and safety, site documentation, snag lists and method statements
Liaise with operations and project teams to align site delivery with design and fabrication plans
Ensure quality standards are consistently met
Site Manager Job Requirements
Relevant experience in facade, aluminium glazing or curtain wall installations preferred
Strong site management skills with ability to lead teams and manage quality
Knowledge of health and safety compliance and site documentation processes
Full driving licence and ability to travel regionally
