Job Description
Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire 2x Site Managers to join one of our clients on a permanent basis in Badminton, South Gloucestershire.
The company:
Our client in a regional new-build housing developer who deliver high specification new homes.
The projects:
1 site is 17 units (Half new build, half refurbishment) and other site is 6 barn conversions that are grade 2 listed buildings. The ideal candidate with have experience in new build, refurbs and listed buildings.
The role entails:
Managing the teams and sub-contractors on site
Liaising with clients
Compliance with Building Regulations and structural warranty standards
Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project
Coordinate site materials including call offs, stock control and storage
Reviewing progress and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs
What are we looking for?
A strong background as a Site Manager in new build housing and refurb / listed element of construction
Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
Relevant industry qualifications - SMSTS and 1st Aid
Salary:
£55,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance
