About the Role:
We are looking for a Construction Site Manager for holiday cover on an industrial refurbishment project. With a strong focus on steel frame fabrication & industrial refurbishment/fit-out. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day site operations;
· Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring high standards of workmanship;
· Maintain health and safety in line with regulations;
· Coordinate deliveries, materials, and equipment on-site;
· Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments;
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry;
· SMSTS and First Aid qualifications (essential);
· CSCS Managers Card (preferred);
· Strong leadership and communication skills;
· Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
