Are you a natural leader with a strong background in site operations and project delivery? We're looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee on-site activities, ensure projects are delivered on time, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
Must have experience in housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors and site staff
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
Monitor progress and produce site reports as required
Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may ariseWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Site Manager
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification (or equivalent)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively
