Salary: £50,000 + Car OR Car Allowance
Location: Herefordshire/National Projects
Sector: Steel Fabrication
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in delivering structural or architectural steelwork projects?
Would you enjoy working for a family run business who value their employees?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a steel fabrication business, delivering projects across the agricultural and commercial sectors. You will be part of an established team who are delivering projects across the country to a wide range of different clients.
You will liaise with sales, estimating, production & installation teams to ensure a smooth, safe & profitable delivery process. Your background in the structural & architectural steelwork background will be essential as you will be expected to provide technical feedback to clients and sub contractors.
We would welcome conversations with Site Managers who:
Possess a solid background in either the structural or architectural steelwork sectors
Can manage large teams of sub contractors on site
Will conduct detailed site surveys to identify any potential risks or conflicts
Understand risk assessments, method statements & keep H&S documents up to date
Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS certificates - Appointed Persons would be highly advantageous
