Site Manager – New Build Industrial Units
Location: Harlow
Duration: 8 Months
Start Date: Immediate
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of new-build steel frame industrial units in Harlow. The role will involve managing the project from groundwork stage through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered to programme, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations.
*
Coordinate and manage subcontractors.
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*
Monitor progress against programme and report to the Project Manager.
*
Maintain quality control throughout all stages of the build.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing steel frame industrial unit projects.
*
SMSTS, CSCS Black, Temporary Works and First Aid at Work.
*
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
