Construction Site Manager – Corby
Start Date: ASAP
Project: £15m Industrial Development
Contract Length: Until April 2026
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on an industrial project in Corby. You’ll be leading site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role:

Oversee daily site activities, ensuring smooth coordination between trades and subcontractors
*
Maintain exceptional standards of health & safety on site
*
Manage programme, quality, and site documentation
*
Liaise with the project team, and local authorities
Requirements:
*
Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects (industrial or commercial preferred)
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
*
Strong organisational and leadership skills
*
Ability to hit the ground running on a live project
