A confidential construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to assist with the completion of a social housing project near Chester. The role covers refurbishment works and new-build plots, requiring strong site management skills and proven experience in residential construction.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage refurbishment works on 10 residential blocks
*
Oversee completion of 16 new-build plots
*
Carry out snagging, issue to relevant contractors
*
Ensure compliance with H&S legislation and company policies
*
Complete daily site diaries and weekly progress reports
*
Conduct regular site audits and safety inspections
*
Review RAMS and implement control measures
*
Lead daily briefings and subcontractor meetings
*
Liaise with engineers and architects on design & build matters
*
Compile O&M manuals and home user guides
Essential Requirements:
*
SMSTS certification
*
IOSH qualification
*
NVQ Level 3 or above
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Previous experience managing both new-build and refurbishment projects
