Job Description
Site Manager – Nationwide Travel
Seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead fast-paced refurbishment projects across the UK, primarily within the supermarket sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical works, although electrical experience will also be considered, and must be confident managing site operations from inception to completion. Must be willing to travel the country.
You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects to tight deadlines. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:

Experience as a Site Manager in refurbishment or fit-out projects
*
SMSTS and First Aid required
*
Mechanical background (electrical considered)
*
Ability to manage fast-track projects with precision and efficiency
*
Willingness to travel nationwide and work away from home when required - Accomodation and Travel expenses covered
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance
Benefits:

Salary - £45,000 (40 hours per week) with overtime pay available to reach a salary of £60,000

Company can pay for any tickets needed.
