Position: Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of works on a large industrial unit in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of internal demolition works.
* Coordination of overcladding activities.
* Oversight of PV panel installation.
* Supervision of minor interior works.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress.
Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS certification.
* Valid First Aid qualification.
* Proven experience managing industrial construction projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
