£60,000 - £65,000 + package

gap construction are proud to be partnering with a leading name in housebuilding renowned for delivering exceptional homes that combine style, quality, and sustainability.
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a brand new 80 unit development close to Huntingdon. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a flagship project for a company that values innovation and continuous development.
This role is perfect for a technically minded, hands-on Site Manager who thrives on delivering projects to the very highest level of finish.
Performance Objectives
Take full responsibility for managing all on-site operations from groundworks to handover.
Deliver 80 exceptional homes on time, within budget, and to the high standards this company are known for.
Lead and motivate subcontractors and trades to achieve top-quality results.
Resolve technical challenges quickly and effectively
Carry out rigorous quality inspections to ensure snag-free completions.
Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance across the site.
Represent the client with professionalism in client and stakeholder interactions.
Person Specification
Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding.
A strong technical background with the ability to read, interpret, and problem-solve construction drawings and specifications.
Great leadership skills - able to build trust, respect, and collaboration across teams.
Highly organised, detail driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding homes.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
Professional, confident, and able to manage client relationships effectively.
