Job Description
Site Mananger - Planned Maintenance

Role
We are currently working with a UK's Leading Property Services company, together we are looking for a Site Manager to lead delivery on a £15 million Decarbonisation and Retrofit programme across Coalville and Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a landmark project with one of the UK’s leading property services providers, committed to improving homes, reducing carbon emissions, and creating more energy-efficient communities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site activities across occupied residential properties
* Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to ensure smooth delivery
* Monitor site safety, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations
* Communicate effectively with residents, clients, and internal teams
* Drive progress, manage risk, and ensure timely completion of works
* Maintain documentation and reporting in line with project requirements
What You’ll Get
* Competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum
* Car allowance or company vehicle
* 8% pension + 6 months maternity leave and 3 months paternity leave.
