Site Manager – Sussex – High End Residential Projects
£55k – £65k + £3k Car Allowance
Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with an established High End Residential Property Contractor to make the key appointment of Site Manager in Sussex.
Due to an impressive and sustained period of growth, my client is seeking a self-starting Site Manager with experience of High End Residential projects.
Reporting to the Project Director, the Site Manager will oversee daily site operations for high-profile residential projects, ensuring seamless execution.
Initially working on an £4m High End Residential Refurbishment / Repurpose project, the Site Manager will lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site teams to meet project milestones.
Main Responsibilities:
Monitor progress, ensuring projects stay on time, within budget, and meet exceptional quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, implementing robust risk management and quality control measures.
Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and stakeholders to align on project goals.
Maintain detailed site records, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates.
Resolve on-site challenges swiftly to keep projects on track.
About you:
Have previously held a Site Manager position within the High End Residential sector
Hold current SMSTS and 1st Aid Certificates.
Have experience of JCT / D&B forms of contract.
Be proficient in the full Microsoft Office package.
