Wiltshire | £55,000 - £60,000 per annum | Permanent | Full-Time
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a leading volume housebuilder operating in the Wiltshire region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established construction business with a strong pipeline of work across the South-West. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality residential projects while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential construction site.
Lead and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards, NHBC requirements, and health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate site records including inductions, toolbox talks, and progress reports.
Work closely with the Senior Site Manager and wider team to meet project milestones and budgets.
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a site management role within the residential housing sector.
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification essential.
Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes.
Motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality homes.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive approach.
