Job Description
Site Manager – Low Carbon Energy Project
Location: Annan, Scotland (DG12)
Start Date: Tuesday 26th August 2025
Duration: Initially 4 weeks (with potential extension through to November)
Rate: £280–£300 per day (SMSTS + First Aid) paid weekly
The Project:
We are supporting a client delivering a first-of-its-kind low carbon energy storage and industrial boiler installation. This is a small site but a highly innovative project with complex engineering and strict compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:

Act as client-side Site Manager ensuring day-to-day Health & Safety compliance and programme delivery
*
Oversee civils and M&E contractors, ensuring smooth coordination on site
*
Manage RAMS, toolbox talks, and enforce site safety standards in line with CDM regulations
*
Report directly into the client project team, providing assurance that works are delivered safely and to schedule
Requirements:
*
SMSTS and First Aid (essential)
*
Strong civils background with proven H&S/CDM oversight experience
*
IOSH/NEBOSH advantageous
*
Experience working on complex, innovative projects with multiple contractors
