Job Description
ITS Group are a leading construction recruitment specialist with 50 years experience. Our South West division have been supplying local construction projects for over 20 years across Devon & Cornwall
On behalf of our flagship client, we are looking for an experienced site manager to work on a new build housing site in Redruth Cornwall
Must have previous experience of managing residential projects and the ability to oversee sub-contractors. This role is to support existing site team to get the remaining plots over the line with associated finishing works
Initial start is to work over the weekend of Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th September so the project has management presence on site for the sub-contractor doing some additional works over the weekend. Then continuing Mon-Fri
Estimated timeframe is 4 weeks but this may be extended
Must have SMSTS / First Aid / CSCS
