Job Description
Key Recruitment have a new opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager to join a well-established furniture and equipment clearance and storage business based in Portsmouth.
£35k-£40k
37.5hrs per week – flexibility required
This role involves frequent travel across the UK, managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring safe, high-quality project delivery.
Your role will include, but will not be limited to:
· Lead and coordinate teams on-site for removal, clearance, and installation projects
· Provide line management to site operatives, including task assignment, monitoring, mentoring, and performance reviews
· Put together and roll-out schedules based on workload
· Ensure that projects are completed, safely, to timescale and to specification
What you'll need:
· Full UK drivers’ licence (no more than 6 points)
· CSCS card & SSSTS/SMSTS (preferred or willingness to train)
· Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
· To be a confident communicator with strong leadership and organisational skills
Experience with office fit-out and modular furniture systems (desks, storage, partitions) would be beneficial but not essential.
