What You’ll Be Doing
Taking full ownership of day-to-day site operations, from groundworks to final finishes.
Leading subcontractors and site teams to deliver flawless results on time and on budget.
Ensuring workmanship and detailing meet the highest expectations of our clients and design partners.
Driving a culture of safety, respect, and excellence on site.
Acting as the key point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
Managing resources, schedules, and problem-solving to keep projects running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing luxury or high-end residential builds, ideally £1m+ projects.
An eye for detail and passion for delivering craftsmanship at the very highest level.
Strong leadership and communication skills — able to bring out the best in your team.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the confidence to make decisions.
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications.
