Construction Site Manager
Location: Denbighshire/Flintshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + company vehicle
We are looking for an experienced and driven Construction Site Manager to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, managing people and projects, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily site operations with a strong focus on health & safety.
* Supervise trades, subcontractors, and site staff to maintain quality and productivity.
* Plan and coordinate materials, schedules, and site logistics.
* Carry out inspections, final measurements, and sign-off of completed works.
* Provide clear progress reports to senior management and resolve issues quickly.
* Ensure all projects are delivered to specification, deadline, and budget.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector.
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
* Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations with the ability to enforce them on site.
* Practical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Full UK driving licence.
