Job Description
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded developer who specialise in delivering luxury, high-end residential projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The company are a Yorkshire based contractor and as such all sites are within the Yorkshire area.
The Role:
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a residential development, ensuring the highest standards of quality, health & safety, and programme delivery are consistently achieved. You will work closely with the construction team, subcontractors, and senior management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the exceptional standard expected on these prestigious schemes.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations on high-spec residential developments
*
Manage subcontractors, trades, and site labour efficiently
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
*
Drive quality and attention to detail throughout the build
*
Monitor progress against programme, resolving any issues proactively
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management as required
*
Maintain accurate site records and reports
About You:
*
Proven track record as a Site Manager within the high-end residential sector (desireable)
*
Enthusiastic and persoable
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills
*
Excellent knowledge of construction methods and health & safety legislation
*
Ability to maintain exceptional standards of workmanship and finish
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred
