Job Description
TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a world renown and award-winning FM Company. They are expanding and enhancing their teams on site at one of their key accounts are looking for a Site Manager to join a Commercial M&E project in Worcester.
The purpose of the role, is to ensure remedial works across 5 public sites local to eachother are carried out safely, whilst delivering on the project KPI's. Ground Source Heat Pump Projects.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee the installation of ground source heat pumps.
* Manage all Civil & Groundwork labour on site.
* Liaise with key stakeholders and clients including frequent updates on the progress of the project.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay £260 Per day CIS.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
* Relevant trade background (NVQ)
* Experience managing groundworks and civils projects
* Enhanced DBS
* SMSTS
* First-Aid
* Temporary works certificate (desired)
