Job Description
Our client, a respected contractor within the [fit-out / refurbishment / construction] sector, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of day-to-day site operations. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all site operations from pre-start to handover, ensuring compliance with programme, budget, and quality requirements.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to achieve project milestones.
*
Enforce strict health & safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and toolbox talks.
*
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates.
*
Work closely with Project and Contracts Managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Act as a key contact on site for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
*
Oversee snagging, quality control, and project handover processes.
Skills & Experience Required
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, fit-out, or refurbishment.
*
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams.
*
Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and site management best practice.
*
Good understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
*
Effective communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (or equivalent).
