Job Description
Site / Project Manager – Drylining Specialist
Location: Central Belt
We are recruiting a Site or Project Manager for a leading drylining contractor. You will manage projects up to £4.5m, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role will mainly involve internal partitions, 1st/2nd fix, suspended ceilings, and SFS.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of commercial and residential drylining/SFS projects from start to finish.
* Act as the main point of contact between clients, senior management, site teams, suppliers, and commercial staff.
* Manage all Health & Safety requirements, including:
* Reviewing and approving RAMS.
* Weekly site safety checks and toolbox talks.
* Maintaining a safe and clean site.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Attend and contribute to progress meetings, handovers, and logistics meetings with clients.
* Handle weekly site tasks including:
* Site diaries and progress reports.
* Site team wages.
* First Aid and Fire Marshall duties.
* Ordering and managing materials.
* Recording all variations/instructions at site level.
Requirements
Essential:
* Black CSCS (Site Manager).
* SMSTS qualification.
* First Aid at Work.
* At least 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager (or experienced Supervisor).
* Strong knowledge of drylining and SFS systems.
* Excellent organisation, communication, and team management skills.
* Confident using Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
