We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong civils background to lead new build supermarket projects across the UK. This is a hands-on management role overseeing all site activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all site activities from civils/groundworks through to completion of new build supermarket schemes.
*
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring H&S compliance and quality delivery.
*
Drive programme performance and maintain accurate project reporting.
*
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
*
Ensure all works are completed in line with CDM regulations.
Requirements:
*
Proven track record as a Site Manager on new build retail or supermarket projects.
*
Strong civils/groundworks experience.
*
Degree (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar) or equivalent qualification (HNC/HND considered).
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications essential.
*
Must be willing to travel and stay away nationwide
*
Strong leadership and communication skills.
