Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €70,000 + 20% Bonus + Additional Benefits
Reporting to: Operations Director
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a rapidly growing fulfilment and logistics business during a pivotal stage of expansion. The company provides bespoke, value-added services to a range of retail and e-commerce customers, offering tailored rework, labelling, barcoding, and fulfilment solutions.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of day-to-day operations at a 40,000 sq. ft. multi-customer site in Dublin, leading a growing team and ensuring all warehouse and fulfilment functions operate efficiently, safely, and in line with commercial goals.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an adaptable manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys improving processes, developing teams, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all daily site operations across warehousing, rework, fulfilment, and dispatch.
Ensure exceptional service delivery standards for accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
Embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety across the site.
Implement and enhance SOPs, training, and performance frameworks to drive efficiency.
Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and warehouse layout optimisation.
Support the onboarding of new customers and ensure smooth integration of operations.
Work closely with senior leadership on forecasting, capacity, and performance planning.
Prepare for site expansion, including additional warehouse space and increased pick capacity.
Manage budgets, performance KPIs, and weekly operational reporting.About You
Experienced warehouse or site operations leader within a 3PL, e-commerce, or fulfilment setting.
Strong understanding of warehouse management, stock control, and customer service principles.
Hands-on and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a changing environment.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver high standards of safety, service, and efficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse systems and strong operational acumen.
Commitment to continuous improvement and developing people and processes.What's on Offer
