Site Manager required in Essex
GVR Solutions are currently looking for a Site Manager to a well-established main contractor, based in Essex. As a main contractor they work on a range of refurbishment and extension projects in the Industrial, Education and Commercial sectors with values up to £2m.
As a main contractor they operate in the Southeast so it will need someone that is happy to take digs if required – they generally look for projects as close to home as possible.
* £60k-£65k + vehicle
They need an autonomous and accomplished site manager to be the face and representation of the business as they continue to grow.
Requirements for the Site Manager:
* Must have experience working on refurbishment or fit out projects in the similar sectors
* Must be willing to travel and stay away if needed
* Experience working for a Well-established main contractor
* Experience working as the no.1 Manager
* Highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
* Trade background is preferential but not essential
