Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to deliver site-based management of mechanical projects on behalf of a leading Facilities Management provider.
This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to lead mechanical works across live sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
*
Oversee mechanical installation works including HVAC, pipework, and associated building services
*
Manage subcontractors and direct labour on site
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards (RAMS, site inductions, toolbox talks, etc.)
*
Monitor project progress and report updates to project stakeholders
*
Coordinate materials, deliveries, and schedules to meet programme targets
*
Maintain accurate site records and ensure QA documentation is completed
Requirements
*
Proven experience managing mechanical projects in a Site Manager capacity
*
SMSTS certification
*
Strong mechanical background (HVAC, plumbing, pipework)
*
CSCS card
*
First Aid at Work (preferred)
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
*
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on site
Contract Details

Day Rate: £280.00 (Ltd / CIS depending on setup)
